Agnieszka KOLENDA

Barrister

Agnieszka Kolenda is a member of Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Bialystok. She defended her Master’s thesis on Crime in cyberspace with a very good result. In addition, she a graduate of the French Law at the University of Bialystok. She was also studying at the Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense in Paris.

She gained experience in private law offices in Białystok and Warsaw, as well as in the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland.

Her main interests include broadly understood criminal law. She represents clients in preparatory proceedings before law enforcement authorities, as well as in court and executive proceedings, both as a defender and attorney. She also has experience in conducting civil cases, including court proceedings. She provides legal services to business entities from the construction and development sectors.
